What the operator receives

The official creation interface adds exactly 5 ADA to the published operator address. It appears separately in your review and is paid in the same transaction that creates your plan. If that transaction is not confirmed, there is no separate site payment.

What the operator does not receive

There is no percentage fee, recurring fee, check-in fee, cancellation fee, handoff fee, or contract-enforced service fee in version one.

Cardano network costs

Cardano charges normal network fees and may require minimum ADA amounts. Those amounts are not paid to this site. Each check-in uses a normal network transaction while leaving your protected assets unchanged.

Using the open-source contract directly

The open-source contract does not require the 5 ADA site fee. Someone who prepares transactions without this interface can use the contract for free, apart from Cardano network costs.
